These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the hbaazi platform and its users. Using our services through the hbaazi website, mobile version, or any other medium means you have fully accepted these terms.

Account Security

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Policy
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on hbaazi is ৳200. We currently accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposit amounts are credited to your account instantly. Using a third-party account for transactions is strictly prohibited — deposits must be made only from your own registered payment account.
3.2
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.

Anti-Money Laundering

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required for the bonus to apply.
Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
Example 2: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳26,000
4.2
Wagering requirement
To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.
Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement may result in the bonus being cancelled. The bonus account balance and real money balance will be displayed separately.
4.3
General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are for eligible players only — the welcome bonus applies once per account
- VIP cashback bonuses are awarded weekly at a set rate
- All promotional offers have their own expiry date — the bonus is cancelled once it expires
- If bonus abuse or exploitation of loopholes is detected, the account will be closed
- hbaazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
5. VIP Program Terms
VIP Tiers and Benefits
hbaazi has five VIP tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Staying regularly active and playing more will help you advance to higher tiers faster. New benefits and offers become available at each tier.
5.2
Cashback Payment Rules
VIP cashback is automatically credited to your account on the designated day each week. Cashback is calculated based on net losses. There are no separate wagering requirements on cashback — it is directly withdrawable.
6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy
